"Old" IAPP Phrase

"Hey _______! I was calling about the application for work you filled out online with us.. I know it was a while ago, do you remember filling that out? Well your application looked so great that we kept it on file, and we actually have some work available. So I was calling to give you some information and set up an interview time for you."(Continue with approach)

Another important reason to take the time to get emails:

Great tip from Monica L. Israel, LA Division Recruiting Manager
We now have the opportunity to schedule people for Online Training. This allows us to "pump-in" people from the Thursday interview into training on Friday rather than setting them a week out.
If we don't have their email in the system, they won't get the link.

100% email collection is more important than ever!!
