Heather's tip:
The keys to excellence in anything you do is confidence and enthusiasm. When you have both, you will be amazing!!

You will become confident by being prepared and through a lot of experience. This means memorize your objections and have the paper copy in front of you at all times!! (The better you answer their questions, the more likely they are to come in!) And keep making calls! Keep the receiver in your hand and immediately dial the next number.

Your enthusiasm deals with you having goals for yourself each week and being tied in to your office and what they are doing. Talk to your manager at the start of each week to see your results the week before and to come up with a goal for the new week. And set up competition with other RAs in your office and across the region too to see who can get the most people in for interviews that week.

The mindset you have makes all the difference in the results you will get! Good luck ladies/gentlemen!!! You are all awesome!

Love love,
Heather Brock, Dallas
