Top Performers & Xmas Urgency Phrases
Christmas URGENCY PHRASES
“Now I do understand that Christmas is this week, but the manager is trying to fill his/her next training session before Thursday. So it would be in your best interest to come in as soon as possible. And again, this is for an interview. You can start work as early as next week.”
“Depending on how the interviews go today, will determine what time the interviews will be tomorrow. I definitely wouldn’t want you to miss this opportunity. So will (TIME) work for you today?”
“I can put you on a call back list but it is NOT guaranteed that we will be giving you a call back. There are quite a few people ahead of you and like I said before, the manager is looking to secure reps by Thursday. How about you find a way to make it in today at (TIME)?”
“When will you be leaving out of town? Is it possible for you to come in on (DAY), before you leave, so that way, the manager can interview you and you may possibly start your Christmas Holiday knowing that you have a job?

Urgency Phrases:
“Well ________, I know you have a lot going on getting ready for the holidays, and It can get pretty hectic. So, I’d love to find a good time to squeeze you in soon, so you can get the job search out of the way before the holidays.”
If opposed, usually because it’s busy and hectic: “Well _______, I want to at least get you in for an interview as soon as I can that way you can get a position secured. and then we can get you trained after the holidays.”
“Let’s see if we can get you in today. That way if you are accepted we can get you trained and started this week. I wouldn’t want you to have to wait untill AFTER the holidays to start working.”
